What are your prices?

Prices have to be calculated on a project by project basis, due to the fact that each client needs a different number of pages and features. Price is usually calculated based on the number of pages and on top of that I add the fees for extra features like: flash animations, drop down menus, databases, online forms, image manipulation, etc.

What are your payment terms?

I usually request a 50% deposit to start working on your project. The other half is paid once the project is finished. Please note that if the website is ready and we are just waiting on your copy to go live, the project is considered completed. Please refer to my Terms and Conditions page for further details.

Do you start with a template or from scratch?

It really depends if you are using a content management system or not. I have a particular style and you will find my personal touch on most of my designs, but every design starts from either a template or an empty (virtual) canvas.

Do you do graphic design?

Yes, I do. I have been doing graphic design for almost 6 years now. I work with InDesign, Word, and Apple iBooks Author.

I need to register a domain name? Can you assist me?

Yes. I team up with a company named Apex-Interenet Solutions and they can assist with transfering to a different registrar, change DNS, or park it. Don’t worry about the jargon, we will take care of it so you don’t have to worry about it.

How many revisions do you offer?

I offer unlimited revisions during the design stage. Put it this way, if I were an architect I would make changes to the layout as many times as you need before we actually build the house. So, before we actually have HTML pages my clients can make as many revisions as they need.

Do you know how to optimize my photos for the web?

I know how to optimize your images for the web. Some designers don’t and that’s why you still see blurred or pixelated images here and there. And the opposite is also true. To show quality some designers forget about resolution or .jpeg quality when exporting your images so they take a lot longer to load.

 Are your designs search engine friendly?

All my designs are search engine friendly. This does not mean your website will show up on page one for your favorite keyword, but it is ready to be optimized for that. Mainly this means all your content is indexable and readable by search engines.

Can you integrate video on my website?

I work with video and I am constantly exploring new media and new technology to better serve my clients. I have the necessary tools to optimize your videos and make them look good and load fast.

Will my website look good on an iPhone?

I have the expertise to prepare your website for iPhones or other mobile phones. Please note some designs may require a specific version exclusively for mobile devices.

I don’t have content for my website. Can you help me with that?

I am not a writer, so I cannot help you with your content.
